I have had Ethan do several small and large jobs at my place over the years. He always does an A+ job and is very fair in pricing. I always feel like I made the right choice in choosing Ethan and his team to come help us out with our plumbing needs.

Ethan is awesome and did a great job hooking up my outdoor fire pit to my gas line!

They came out to our house to look at some clogged rain gutters going underground. They showed up on time, gave a good assessment of the situation and reported options to me. I'm very happy with the service.

We had a clogged sink that turned out to be quite the hassle. Brett with Glacier plumbing was incredibly helpful and showed us each step throughout the process to that we felt comfortable and informed with what was going on. He also gave us little tips for how to avoid future problems. While we hope we don't need a plumber again anytime soon, in the case that we do, we will definitely reach out to them again!

I had called because we had no heat. Jackson responded and arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got the heat working temporarily. He and his business partner came again a few days later to install a new boiler. They did a fantastic job! They worked quickly and did a great job. Jackson even checked the temperature on our water heater. Jackson explained things well to us. I would recommend this company and use them again in the future.

My 39 year old boiler failed in January 2026, Glacier Plumbing responded same day and had replacement boiler installed within a week! They do professional work and are competitively priced. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Ethan came out to help us with some faucet issues we were having. We thought we had trouble shored the situation prior to calling in a plumber. But he quickly solved the problem for us (it was an easy fix we missed) explained how we can resolve it and waived the fee for coming all the way out. He was super honest and friendly, and I would highly recommend this establishment for any plumbing issues, and we will be reaching back out if we are need of one as well!

Jackson and Ethan came by and gave me an estimate for replacing my Radiant Heat/Hot Water Boiler system. They explained what I needed done to get my 20 year old system up to speed. Jackson and Ethan did a great job replacing my 31 year old Buderus boiler. They were able to get the new boiler installed with heat/hot water running within 24 hours. Our boiler that was installed three years ago broke down and we came to find out that the company that produces those boilers went out of business unexpectedly. We reached out to the previous company that installed it for us and they tried to charge us $5000 more than the original install to replace it. We reached out to glacier and they provided us with a fair replacement of a reputable piece of US built equipment and we were back up and running in about 24 hours. 100% recommend Glacier Plumbing and Hydronics - our older HTP boiler broke down. Unfortunately we called a general plumber first and didn’t realize how specialized the system was. A costly lesson. Found Glacier Plumbing and Ethan came in next day. So professional. Clean working, super knowledgeable. We decided to replace the boiler since the other was no longer viable. The new boiler was up and running quickly and now is better than before.

I had boiler problems the first weekend of October 25. I can’t say how I chose Glacer, maybe just good luck. They had a crew out here the next day. Long story short, I had lots of issues. They were all taken care of on time and on budget. My system now works better than ever before. I won’t hesitate to call on them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Called them late at night on Saturday for help fixing my boiler. They came out that night, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled a time to come back the next morning. By Sunday afternoon I was back up and running. Very professional, clean, and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone residential or commercial.

I have had a great experience with Glacier. My boiler would not light so I previously called one of the larger HVAC organizations that works in the valley and it cost me $350 for no solutions and lots of negative feelings. Their representative knew exactly what to look for and exactly how my boiler functioned. I was not asked to pay for the initial visit, but I plan to have my boiler replaced rather than just repair because it is very old. I will update my review after they have replaced the boiler.

We received prompt and professional service for full boiler replacement. After 3 bids, we decided on Glacier and a day and a half later we were back up and running with a new boiler. Jackson did a great job during the installation, and his communications were excellent. He then followed up a couple days later to be sure everything was running smoothly and took the time to teach us about our new system. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

Excellent service. Jackson set up an appointment right away to service our boiler, and he was very knowledgeable and practical about what we needed. You should definitely call them if you need heating or plumbing done.

I have a older radiant heat system and Glacier was able to come out same day to take a look at it. We scheduled some repairs and they were able to get to it a couple days later. Prices were marginally higher than others, but they more than made up for it with their service, timeliness, and overall quality of their work. I chose to go with glacier because they specialized in boilers and radiant heat systems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Used Glacier Plumbing to install a water softener. Ethan was super knowledgeable and professional. He came with great recommendations on what to install, made sure my wife and I were educated on how to maintain and use the unit, and even followed up a few days later to make sure it was still working well. We also had had another plumber install a recirculating pump that wasn’t working well, he checked it out and fixed the other plumbers mistakes/oversights. He was great to work with and timely.

Glacier showed up within hours the day after Black Friday, identified the problem causing a mini flood in our kitchen, and fixed it within an hour of arriving. They offered multiple options to fix it at a very reasonable price. We opted to simply patch the leak for now, but will definitely be calling them again when the money's together to replace the whole line to our fridge. I can't imagine how bad the leak would've gotten without their quick help. Awesome service all around!
