As the Landlord who wasn't with them every step of the way, Bret was astute and went beyond my expectations. Their reply wasn't as quickly received and communication was tricky (because of me), but they won my business. They were cooperative, available when I needed them, and good on the pricing. Yes, I would do business with them again. In this case, my only request would be completion pictures from Glacier.

We had a clogged sink that turned out to be quite the hassle. Brett with Glacier plumbing was incredibly helpful and showed us each step throughout the process to that we felt comfortable and informed with what was going on. He also gave us little tips for how to avoid future problems. While we hope we don't need a plumber again anytime soon, in the case that we do, we will definitely reach out to them again!
