I had boiler problems the first weekend of October 25. I can’t say how I chose Glacer, maybe just good luck. They had a crew out here the next day. Long story short, I had lots of issues. They were all taken care of on time and on budget. My system now works better than ever before. I won’t hesitate to call on them again or recommend them to anyone else.

I have had a great experience with Glacier. My boiler would not light so I previously called one of the larger HVAC organizations that works in the valley and it cost me $350 for no solutions and lots of negative feelings. Their representative knew exactly what to look for and exactly how my boiler functioned. I was not asked to pay for the initial visit, but I plan to have my boiler replaced rather than just repair because it is very old. I will update my review after they have replaced the boiler.

Jackson at Glacier Plumbing did a fantastic job for us. Our driveway snow melting system had shutdown due to a leak in the boiler system. It’s hard to find someone that specializes in boilers and radiant heating systems. I lucked out when I called Glacier Plumbing and Hydronics. Not only did Jackson have an amazing understanding of the total system, but he was able to obtain the parts necessary and get the system up and working right away. I have a older radiant heat system and Glacier was able to come out same day to take a look at it. We scheduled some repairs and they were able to get to it a couple days later. Prices were marginally higher than others, but they more than made up for it with their service, timeliness, and overall quality of their work. I chose to go with glacier because they specialized in boilers and radiant heat systems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Used Glacier Plumbing to install a water softener. Ethan was super knowledgeable and professional. He came with great recommendations on what to install, made sure my wife and I were educated on how to maintain and use the unit, and even followed up a few days later to make sure it was still working well. We also had had another plumber install a recirculating pump that wasn’t working well, he checked it out and fixed the other plumbers mistakes/oversights. He was great to work with and timely.

Glacier showed up within hours the day after Black Friday, identified the problem causing a mini flood in our kitchen, and fixed it within an hour of arriving. They offered multiple options to fix it at a very reasonable price. We opted to simply patch the leak for now, but will definitely be calling them again when the money's together to replace the whole line to our fridge. I can't imagine how bad the leak would've gotten without their quick help. Awesome service all around!

They could have come out right away but we decided to schedule it for first thing in the morning because they let me know it would have been an additional charge. I would highly recommend glacier plumbing for your work. First they attended me straight away on a Friday night at 8pm. Very friendly and profesional. Jackson the owner knew how to listen to my needs, he was extremely careful to remain on budget and did the work fastly and very efficiently. Thumbs up Glacier! Jackson is THE MAN!! I work for a property management company and had a after hour boiler emergency. So many companies claim they work on boilers and when we send them out they end up not knowing how to fix it. So annoying. So glad I found glacier because Jackson answered right away on a Saturday and got out to the property within less than 1 hour. Stay down the phone with me, clearly very experienced with boilers. Identified the problem in minutes and had the boiler back up and running in less than 20 minutes. Definitely will be using these guys again, so stoked I found them! Highly recommend

Working with Glacier was a great experience!! They installed a new boiler system for us. They were courteous and easy to work with. They cleaned up nicely and did an excellent job teaching us how to use the new system before they left. It was nice to deal with a group that did everything they said they would and when they said they would!!

Had to call Glacier Plumbing last week when my water heater decided to quit on me. Austin showed up right on time and honestly, what a relief to finally work with someone who actually knows what they’re doing. Guy figured out the problem pretty quick and didn’t try to oversell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Ethan and his team from Glacier Plumbing Helped me finish an incredible hard toilet installation . One of the very reputable plumbing companies in salt lake was assigned this Job and they spent 2 weeks in vain . Glacier Plumbing came in and fixed it with a Great Positive Attitude and a smile on their faces . They did a lot of research to convert the European Toilet to fit to the Local Code . Highly recommend them .

Ethan Rushton has worked on multiple homes of mine since 2020 and I have thought nothing but perfection when it comes to him.
